My husband and I didn’t have a clue how to start. Audrey was so optimistic. When we first met she said she would just talk to us. She pointed out things in my mother’s home from a buyer’s point of view that would have never occurred to us. For example the home had outdated lighting and Audrey suggested an upgrade.
